Job Title: Administration - Student Reception/First Aid
This is a full-time education support class position at our school. The role will perform tasks that are carried out in accordance with guidelines, accepted practice, and school policy under supervision and direction.
The successful applicant will provide routine clerical or other administrative support responsibilities, maintain and update office records, and support the first aid facilities and assist in delivering first aid to students.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and expertise relevant to the position. They will be able to work and collaborate with others in a team environment and possess the ability to provide advice and support to management and other school staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide routine clerical or other administrative support responsibilities
Maintain and update office records
Support or coordinate the preparation of standard routine internal and external communication
Coordinate the delivery of administrative services within the school
Manage client reception and office operations
Liaise with school staff in regard to support requirements
Undertake VASS and/or VET administration support
Selection Criteria:
SC1: Demonstrated capacity to perform duties consistent with established guidelines and frameworks
SC2: Demonstrated capacity to work and collaborate with others in a team environment
SC3: Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively in a team environment
SC4: Possess the technical knowledge and expertise relevant to the position
SC5: Demonstrated capacity to provide advice and support to management and other school staff

Aptitude, experience, and/or qualifications to fulfill the specific requirements of the position
