Your Role in Our Future
">
The Administration Support Officer provides high-level administrative support directly to the Operations Directors for Inpatient Haematology and Oncology and the Operations and Medical Directors for Ambulatory Services.

Delivering the highest standards of customer service and leading others to deliver the same standard.
">
Providing expertise in systems and administrative processes.
">
Providing administrative support to the relevant Operations and Medical Directors, assisting them with various audits and reports, high-level minute taking and follow-up of action registers.
">
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and leading change initiatives.
">
">
Remuneration is as per the Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2026.

HS Grade 3 Year 1 ($74,448.40 per annum, full-time equivalent) to HS Grade 3 Year 5 ($82,305.60 per annum, full-time equivalent), depending on candidate experience.
