We are a Real Estate, Architecture, Media Design, and Property Management Company looking for ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS to grow with the team! We have several different inter-related departments all related, which will give motivated people the opportunity to move in different directions in the company. WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO WORK IN THE US TIME ZONE.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take the initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A solid ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
This person must have:
• Ability to problem solve and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel & Word). Photoshop skills are a plus.
• Desire to learn and grow with the company.
• Organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally on the phone.
This person will also be able to:
• Work calmly under pressure with shifting priorities.
• Be resourceful, support teams, and work independently.
• Assist team members as needed.
• Have excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain a clean and orderly office virtual as well as in-house.
• Filing, scanning, and sorting mail.
