Responsibilities
• track orders online and offline and process the order
• manage inventory and maintaining records
• Handle and coordinate with vendors
• negotiating with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure file organization based on office protocol
• Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
• keep track and organise all the company data and files
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
