Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Smart Advisors in Chennai. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. Responsibilities include:
• HR Support: Assist in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining HR records, and managing employee relations.
• Basic Accounts: Handle routine financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
• Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace.
• CEO’s Calendar & Scheduling: Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure effective time management.
• Client Coordination: Act as a point of contact for clients, manage communication and schedule meetings.
• General Administrative Duties: Provide administrative support, handle phone calls with professionalism, maintain team communication, and assist with executive tasks and clerical duties.
