This role is critical to support our Careers & Talent Leader and Leadership & Learning leader in helping Aurecon to find, grow and retain great talent. You’ll play a vital part in the broader People (HR) team’s vision to make every career a rewarding adventure.

Awesome Scheduling and planning skills
Meticulous management of travel and expensing
‘Keeping it real’ attitude to your stakeholder engagement and communications
Extraordinary event coordination skills
An eagle eye to manage supplier onboarding, contracts, and invoice processing in Workday
An ability to connect the dots with our program management tool
….and of course ‘keep an ear to the ground’ to make sure you are sharpening all the tools in your administrative tool kit!
To be your best you will have;
Proficiency in Microsoft suite
Knowledge of Workday
An inquiring mind to learn new tools such as Jira and Power BI
A passion for getting the most out of AI tools such as Chat GPT/CO Pilot
