About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join as Administrative Assistant and support our Recovery & Customer Care team in an administrative and customer service focused role.



Key Responsibilities:

Engage with internal and external stakeholders, taking ownership of tasks through to resolution
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Manage inbound and outbound calls and respond to emails
Coordinate and manage tasks and projects as assigned
Address and resolve issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Represent Bizcap professionally in all interactions
Support other credit activities as required

Discretion in handling sensitive information
