Australian Bathrooms & Kitchens Pty Ltd is a trusted name in quality renovations, offering expert design and construction services. We’re looking for a motivated and organized Admin Assistant to join our team part-time and support our growing business.
As the Admin Assistant, you will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including:
- Filing and organizing documents
- Invoicing and data entry
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
- Acting as a liaison between senior management and staff
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A customer-focused mindset
Advantage:
Experience within Building Administration would be of a great advantage for this role
