Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant at Poppy Co. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling emailing and client communication regarding POs and invoices, assisting with communication tasks, and performing executive administrative duties.

On site administrative errands will also be applicable for this role if the applicant is based in Mumbai.

Qualifications
• Any degree or pursuing one
• Students encouraged to apply
• Strong Communication abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Tech friendly - Proficiency in MS Office, gmail and other office software
• Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
• Trustworthy and able to keep information confidential
