Noble provides funding for residential flips, purchases, refinances and cash-outs on residential and commercial properties for investors all over Texas.

Job Description: We are seeking a (ideally bilingual Spanish) dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative functions within the company.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones, emails, and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Assign and enter new leads into CRM database.
Manage office supplies by ordering, receiving, and storing supplies as needed.
Sort and distribute incoming mail/packages for office staff.
Maintain the reception, conference, and kitchen areas neat and organized; restock items as needed.
Prepare and organize the conference room for daily meetings, special events, or lunches; also, responsible for all post-event procedures.
Call Guest RSVPs for Noble Events.
Facilitate mail handling tasks, including creating labels, applying stamps, and coordinating mailing activities.
Coordinate weekend shift schedules and communicate necessary information to relevant parties.
Assist with monthly maturing loans by preparing reports, sending emails to borrowers, and organizing documents for management review.
Facilitate the processing and recording of legal documents such as modifications and lien releases.
Work closely with management to review loan documents and ensure accuracy.
Maintain accurate record-keeping by updating spreadsheets and filing documents appropriately.
Handle miscellaneous tasks assigned by management in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish Speaking)
Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
Experience with Infusionsoft-Keap or similar CRM software is a plus.
Knowledge of real estate or lending industry terminology is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
