Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
Maintain and update organizational files, records, and databases.
Provide support to various projects and initiatives as needed.
Assist in the preparation of project reports, proposals, and presentations.
Handle inquiries and provide information as required.
Assist in the development and dissemination of communication materials, such as newsletters, brochures, and social media content.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to multitask
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Familiarity with NGO operations and project management is a plus.
