The Opportunity
We currently have a permanent, full-time opportunity available for an Administrative Assistant (Team Assistant) to join our Sydney office.
Our Administrative Assistants (Team Assistants) work closely with legal staff and Practice Executives to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance.
As an Administrative Assistant (Team Assistant) with Ashurst, some of your main responsibilities will be;
Document assistance, including creating and amending documents (e.g. PowerPoint presentations, pitches, comparisons);
Arranging meetings, conferences or video calls (e.g. booking meeting rooms and coordinating services requested by legal staff);
Data entry for record keeping and updating client databases;
Processing and submitting expense claims and other administrative tasks (e.g. engagement letters, membership, learning records, business cards, labels);
Printing, scanning, copying and matter opening; and
Assisting Practice Executives with creating, amending and finalising of client invoices and associated monthly client reporting.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you have a keen interest in developing your legal administrative career and are looking to expand your current administrative skill set within the legal industry. You will be provided full training and our Team Leaders will support you in developing and growing your career as part of our legal support operations team.
