Administrative Assistant/Yard Associate

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for customer service to assist our customers, merchandise and care for our nursery stock in our west-end landscape supply yard.
Tasks will include:
organizing, watering and general care of nursery stock
unloading, signage, displays, and pricing of product
assisting with inventory counts, managing inventory system
daily and monthly inventory reconciliation
managing email inquires
support accounting data entry
Key Attributes:
enjoy working indoors/outdoors and in all types of weather
physically fit and able to lift and carry up to 30lbs
customer focused with excellent customer service skills
familiar with basic data entry and MS Office
work in a fast paced, team driven environment
desire to learn new things
available to work weekends in peak times
knowledge of horticulture and plant identification, care, and installation highly considered
must have reliable transportation
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Morning shift
Weekends as needed
