The North Australian Aboriginal Family Legal Service is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Darwin. This role will be responsible for maintaining the reception area, providing administrative support, and contributing to the development and maintenance of processes and procedures.

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a salary of $70,170.36 per annum, with the potential for up to $15,8++ per annum as a tax-free fringe benefit (conditions apply). Superannuation and leave entitlements are also provided.

Key Responsibilities

">

Maintain the reception area, including managing stationery and tea-room supplies.
">
Provide frontline information on NAAFLS services and process client intake enquiries.
">
Monitor, screen and redirect calls and visitors.
">
Enter information into NAAFLS electronic document storage system.
">
Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of processes and procedures.
">
Support staff meetings and organisational wide meetings as required.
">

Selection Criteria

">
">
Ability to provide high-quality customer service while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.
">
Knowledge and experience in administrative procedures.
">
Proven ability to communicate effectively with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.
">
Demonstrated ability using computer programs and databases.
">
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
">
Able to obtain a Working With Children Clearance and a clear Criminal History Check.
">
">
Requirements

">
This position requires a 'C' Class NT Drivers Licence and the ability to work proactively without direct supervision.
