As an Admin Executive, you will be an integral part of ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the studio while creating a welcoming experience for all clients and visitors.
Location: Fort, Mumbai
Working model: Onsite
Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturday off)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday), 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Saturday)
Budget: 35k to 45k (depending on experience)

About the role: We are seeking a polished, proactive, and organized Administrative Executive to manage front office operations and support the leadership team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors while ensuring seamless studio administration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Client & Visitor Interaction:
• Welcome and assist clients, guests, and vendors, maintaining a professional, friendly approach.
• Be the face of the studio, ensuring that all visitors feel comfortable and attended to.
Communication Management:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
• Direct clients and visitors to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Travel and Schedule Coordination:
• Organize travel arrangements (flights, trains, and accommodations) for team members.
• Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the leadership team.
Office Operations:
• Ensure the studio environment is well-maintained, with regular upkeep and supply management.
• Handle petty cash, track office expenses, and liaise with vendors for services and supplies.
Team Support & Coordination:
• Maintain attendance and leave schedules for staff.
• Help with task follow-ups, ensuring daily office operations run smoothly.
Requirements & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 2+ years in front-office or administrative roles.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Personal Attributes:
• Well-groomed, punctual, and highly organized.
• Able to manage tasks independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Positive, proactive, and a team player.
