Job Description

The Supreme Court of Victoria is the highest court in Victoria and comprises the Court of Appeal and the Trial Division. The Court deals with major criminal and civil matters, plus appeals against decisions of lower courts.

About the Role

The Administrative Officer is a member of the Client Services Team and is accountable for providing quality customer service, project and operational support for the effective administration of funds paid into Court for persons under a legal disability (Clients).

This role coordinates administrative functions across Client Services section of FIC with a particular focus on support to the Client Liaison Team. The position reports to the Client Services Manager via the Team Leader.

About You

Demonstrated experience providing administrative or operational support.
Ability to deliver high-quality, professional, customer focused, administrative services.
Ability to maintain high-level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Very strong numeracy and accuracy skills.
Experience using administrative systems, in particular Excel and Microsoft Office suite, preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in a disability, financial and/or Trustee sector would be highly regarded.
