About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Private Client Tax team as an Administrative Partner Assistant.

You will provide comprehensive administrative support to our partners and fee earners, working closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client service.

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to multiple team members, including calendar management, client onboarding, and document preparation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Prepare and distribute various documents, including proposals, reports, and correspondence, adhering to our high standards.
• Assist with billing and invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve workflows and enhance efficiency.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role, supporting multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Financial Services industry, preferably within a similar organization.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.

Compensation: The annual salary for this position is around £37,000.
