About the Opportunity:
This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, correspondence, and records management services that supports the regulatory division of DEM. You will work collaboratively in a team environment, planning and prioritizing workloads to achieve deadlines and effectively meet changing requirements and situations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Implement administrative, business support, records, and data management protocols, practices, and procedures
Provide professional administrative support for a range of functions, including working with computer-based word processing and database systems
Prepare correspondence and reports, and undertake records management functions
**Requirements:**
High level capability in implementing administrative, business support, records, and data management protocols, practices, and procedures
Proven ability to provide professional administrative support for a range of functions
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and plan and prioritize workloads to achieve deadlines
**What We Offer:**
A competitive salary package, including ASO3 $67,58+ - $72,033 + superannuation
Full Time 37.5 hours per week
