The Role
This is an autonomous position that offers a wide variety of tasks to keep your day engaging. As the Administrator, you will be the backbone of the office, managing everything from general administration, invoicing, data entry and customer service . You will have the opportunity to take ownership of key functions, ensuring smooth operations within our dynamic business.
The Responsibilities:
Acting as Office Administrator and point of contact
Managing the sales inbox and processing quotes and customer orders
Providing top-tier customer service by invoicing customers and managing communications
Overseeing general administration duties, including phone management and work order assembly
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a background in administration. You should be proficient in the Microsoft suite and comfortable working in databases. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work autonomously with a mature outlook.
