REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

Worked as a Admission counselor in any education institute for a minimum of two year
Excellent leadership skills, including an ability to support, communicate with, and motivate counseling staff;
Ability to effectively handle objections and queries
Ability to strategically plan and think;
Policy formulation skills;
Strong record of and commitment to customer/stakeholder service
