Full job description
Job Title: Telecaller/Admission Counselor Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller/ Admission Counselor to join our team. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to prospective students, explaining our courses and training programs, guiding them through the admission process, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential students and respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Counsel prospective students regarding course details, eligibility, and career prospects.
Provide complete information about training programs, fee structures, and admission procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth enrollment and onboarding.
Handle student queries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
Assist in organizing webinars, seminars, and open houses as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience as a Telecaller, Student Counselor, or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
