Position: Manager / Associate - Education Sales
Functional Area: Education Sales
Educational Qualification: UG or PG (MBA preferred)
Experience : 0-2 yrs. (Experience in new accounts acquisition)
Key Responsibilities :
·Responsible for achievement of revenue targets in assigned region(s) through acquired clients by cold calling, emailing, and in-person meetings. ·Research, account mapping, networking, and lead generation to support revenue targets.
·Maintain good long-term relationships by keeping in regular touch with all kinds of accounts and partners.
·“Relationship Management” (up selling and cross selling) with all new clients to maintain the future association and ensure y-o-y growth.
· Updating sales efforts in CRM for weekly reporting.
·Close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure clients’ deliverables are met on time.
·Ensure to deliver commitments given to the client by keeping close coordination with the senior team and project executors.
Good to have-
·Experience in acquiring new accounts as well as key accounts management. ·Experience in selling SaaS solutions.
Preferred-
· Experience in selling to Higher Ed (Universities/ Colleges/ Institutes/ B Schools). · Excellent communication skills and solution-based selling approach. · Curious and open-minded towards co-creating and targeting new sub-markets and use-cases.
· Positive attitude to go beyond the call of duty as and when required. ·Team player with an attitude to work towards the larger team and organizational goals.
