Admissions Advisor Position Summary
The Admissions Advisor plays a key role at LCI Melbourne (LCIM), supporting the Admissions function with secondary school student recruitment efforts, conversion activities, brand awareness initiatives, and lead generation. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Admissions Advisor collaborates closely with LCIM team members and staff across the international LCI network to help the Institute achieve its growth objectives. The role requires a motivated individual who contributes to both strategic and operational initiatives, promoting LCI's brand and courses to prospective students, secondary school teachers, and creative communities.

This is a student-facing and account management role, requiring a collaborative individual to assist the team in developing, implementing, evaluating, and refining customer-driven strategies for LCIM.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive student recruitment initiatives, including organising presentations, tours, and workshops for both domestic and international students and their influencers (e.g., career advisors, international agents, parents, teachers, etc).
Be a key point of contact and account manager to a network of students, schools and agents.
Provide informed advice to domestic and international students, including regarding prerequisites, admission processes, credit, pathways and scholarships.
Contribute to global admissions strategies and implement activities to increase lead-to-student conversion.
Present to diverse audiences, including to large groups, within ******** settings, or virtually.
Utilise and maintain a CRM database to efficiently track student and secondary school interactions.
Generate detailed reports on admissions trends, leads, and results to support continuous improvement of established processes.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on strategies and activities, including planning events, publications, and nurture communication.
Actively participate in and contribute to strategic priorities across the business.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Experience in customer service, admissions or marketing within an educational context is desirable.
Qualifications required for this position:
An undergraduate degree in marketing, communication, or a related field, OR a combination of relevant education and significant experience.
Additional requirements and information:
Must hold or be willing to obtain and pass a Victorian Working with Children Check.
Must hold a current Victorian driver’s license.
Willingness to perform manual tasks (e.g., loading/unloading promotional materials).
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends, with time-in-lieu provided when necessary.
