Are you a service-oriented professional with a passion for people and community? Mulgrave School, a leading IB World School located in beautiful West Vancouver, is seeking a personable, organized, and dedicated Admissions Associate to join our dynamic Development team.
In this key role, you will be part of a collaborative and high-performing admissions team, playing an integral part in achieving the school’s enrolment goals and ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective families. You’ll guide families through the admissions journey and onboarding process with warmth and professionalism, helping them feel part of the Mulgrave community from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate Mulgrave’s mission, vision, and educational philosophy with confidence and clarity.
Maintain active and thoughtful engagement with prospective families, offering guidance on school programmes and admissions criteria.
Represent Mulgrave at marketing and admissions events including Open Houses and school fairs.
Lead informative campus tours and coordinate student ambassador-led tours.
Support the application and assessment processes across all school divisions.
Assist with Early Years admissions including parent interviews, committee deliberations, and family communication.
Maintain and update student records and admissions data across platforms (Blackbaud, Google Suite, hard copy).
Help refine admissions criteria, policies, and communications.
Manage ongoing family communication during the admissions and onboarding phases.
Assist with data reporting and annual audit preparation related to enrolment.
Qualifications & Skills
A genuine alignment with Mulgrave’s mission and values.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Minimum three years’ professional experience in admissions, customer service, education, or a related field.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and comfort with data and reporting.
Technological proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/database systems.
Knowledge of independent education and school environments an asset.
Flexibility to participate in occasional evening and weekend events.

Compensation
The base annual salary for this position is competitive and falls within the range of $55,000.00 - $65,000.00. The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, and relevant experience in accordance with BC labour laws and company policies.
