Full job description
Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about admission requirements, course options, eligibility, and enrollment process.
Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into applications.
Conduct one-on-one or group counseling sessions (offline or online).
Coordinate and participate in admission events, webinars, seminars, and open houses.
Maintain accurate records of student data, inquiries, applications, and conversions in CRM.
Evaluate applications, verify documents, and ensure completion of the admission process.
Provide support during entrance exams, interviews, or orientation programs if required.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve the admissions process.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Management background preferred).
1+ years of experience in admissions/counseling/student support (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + regional languages).
Strong customer service mindset with persuasive and empathetic approach.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in student recruitment, study abroad counseling, or educational consultancy.
Fluency in [mention any specific language if applicable, e.g., Hindi, Marathi, Tamil].
Knowledge of visa processes or international education systems (if applicable).

Pay: ₹12,+13.81 - ₹35,000.00 per month
