We are seeking an Advanced Analytics Manager who is driven by curiosity, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and has a passion for amplifying breakpoints within the customer journey. This role is pivotal in delivering strategic insights and data-driven solutions that impact customer experience. You will manage complex analytical projects, ensure the effective use of advanced analytics tools, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Apply Advanced Analytics Techniques: Lead the discovery of customer breakpoints through advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning algorithms, LLM’s, clustering, and other advanced analytics techniques. Ensure the robustness, accuracy, and relevance of analytical solutions.

Collaborate with Senior Management and Stakeholders: Work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize breakpoints. Communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear and actionable manner.

Maintain Data Governance: Uphold data governance standards and practices. Ensure the integrity, quality, and security of data used in analysis.

Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and machine learning. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in analytical methodologies and tools.

Tech skills

We use a board range of analytical tools; we don’t expect you to know them all but having significant experience and exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team.

Advanced Analytics: Proven experience in developing models, machine learning algorithms, and other advanced analytics techniques.

Advanced Analytics Tools: Significant experience with analytical software such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Data Governance: Knowledge of data governance standards and practices, ensuring the integrity, quality, and security of data used in analysis.

Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS)
