Your New Role

As an AdviceImplementation Specialist, you'll be the professional face of Aware SuperAdvice, providing superior service to our clients and members, and supportingfinancial planners with their administration and operational requirements.

Your core focus willbe the implementation of advice, ensuring our members and clients receivetop-notch service.

Your keyresponsibilities in this role:

Daily Administration: Coordinate and complete daily tasks with accuracy and timeliness
Client Interaction: Set realistic timeframes and expectations, and respond to client enquiries professionally
Support Financial Planners: Ensure documentation and client data are accurate, and provide additional support as needed
Client Implementation: Collaboratively support financial planners to achieve goals and targets

You have demonstratedexperience in a similar role within a financial planning/para-planningenvironment and are committed to delivering outstanding client service to helpour members and clients achieve their financial goals.

In addition, when youjoin our team, you will bring:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong time management and organisational skills
An excellent phone manner
Basic MS Excel and MS Word skills
