Advocate

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Advocate / Legal Advisor to handle legal matters related to our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in property laws, title due diligence, RERA compliance, drafting, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct title verification and prepare legal due diligence reports for land/property.
Draft, review, and vet legal documents — Sale Deeds, Development Agreements, MOUs, Lease Deeds, Power of Attorney, etc.
Handle RERA registration, documentation, and compliance.
Provide legal opinions on property acquisition, redevelopment, and project feasibility.
Represent the company in property-related litigations and coordinate with external counsel.
Liaise with government departments for approvals, land records, and NOCs.
Review and manage contracts with vendors, consultants, and contractors.
Ensure legal compliance across all real estate transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.)
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate legal work (developer, law firm, or independent practice).
In-depth knowledge of property laws, RERA, MOFA, contract law, and related regulations.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Preferred Attributes

Exposure to redevelopment and joint venture projects.
Experience in handling land acquisition and title clearance.
Ability to independently manage legal documentation and compliance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
