Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for an Aftersales & Service Engineer. The Aftersales & Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing field service and technical support, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective service and support. The role involves frequent interaction with clients and requires strong communication skills.

• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Relevant technical certification or degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the centrifuge or industrial machinery industry is a plus
