Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our grain elevator facilities and associated equipment
You will also be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of heavy equipment used in our operations
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on grain handling equipment including elevator legs, cleaners, and conveyors
Troubleshoot and repair issues with forklifts, plot combines, drills, big rigs, and company vehicles
Perform regular maintenance on grain dryers, motors, and other critical machinery to ensure optimal functioning
Monitor and maintain the condition of grain storage facilities, ensuring proper airflow, temperature, and humidity levels
Responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment used in loading and unloading grain, including forklifts and company vehicles
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, including fire safety and dust control
Maintain an inventory of replacement parts, tools, and equipment necessary for repairs and maintenance
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status to maintain an accurate record
Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain smooth operations and assist with training new employees
