Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager Sales to join the Miracle Group Of Companies. The position is senior-level and requires a full-time commitment. The successful candidates will be based at the following locations: NCR, Mumbai, Punjab, Gujarat and Jaipur. The role demands a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 12 years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications And Skills
• Proven work experience in sales within the printing and packaging industry.
• Excellent presentation skills (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth knowledge of food packaging (Mono Carton, Laminates, Corrugation) is Mandatory.
• Strong understanding of printing techniques and technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Thorough product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries and provide recommendations.
• Successful track record in closing sales and meeting sales targets.
• Skilled in prospecting and identifying potential clients to expand the customer base.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and create strategies to capture these markets.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement action plans to address these areas.
• Prepare and present sales reports to the senior management team.
