Agriculture Educators required for FALI e+ in top English medium schools

FALI e+ is geared to opening up the opportunities in agriculture and agro enterprises to urban students, building rural-urban linkages, and building leadership and problem-solving skills useful in agro enterprise or in whatever young leaders choose to pursue.

FALI e+ involves six modules: horticulture and livestock, becoming an agro-entrepreneur, agtechnology, finance and funding, and dealing with climate change.

Job Location: Mumbai city, one Agriculture Educator will handle two to three English medium schools.

Job Requirements:

· Passion for agriculture and agricultural education among young people.

· Master's degree (MSc/MBA) in Agriculture and allied faculties with at least two years of experience.

· Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

· Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills, ideally with demonstrated experience.

Ability to deliver excellent results in small teams and unstructured settings.

· Effective communication and training skills.

· Teaching experience in teaching experience in agriculture college/R&D/livelihood programs/village development programs. (please specify duration in months)

· Experience working on personal farms or agribusiness ventures post-graduation.

Salary and Benefits:

· Competitive salary range: 30000-50000 per month
