Roles and Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms.
• Work with large datasets to conduct data analysis and preprocessing.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems.
• Optimize and refine models for performance and scalability.
• Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI/ML processes and models.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI/ML models in production.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying models in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
