We’re looking for a visionary and execution-focused AI Transformation Manager to join our team and lead high-impact AI initiatives across a dynamic, global enterprise.

You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business to identify scalable opportunities, coordinate cross-functional AI efforts, and ensure measurable impact. Requirements
B.A in Business, Data Analytics or related fields
Extensive experience in business operations, segment management or enablement, strategic operations, or innovation management roles.
Proven success driving cross-functional programs in a large, international company.
Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their business applications (technical degree not required, but fluency is a plus).
Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate across senior leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Demonstrated project and change management expertise, with a bias for action and measurable results.
Data-savvy with hands-on experience using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or SQL.
Responsibilities
Lead the AI Transformation Agenda
Centralize and coordinate AI initiatives across the Practical Guidance business, including pilot projects, employee training, and performance reporting.
Create visibility and governance around AI use cases, enabling scale, learning, and responsible innovation.
Serve as the connective tissue between strategic vision and operational execution.
Drive Business Innovation with AI
Lead end-to-end delivery of transformative AI use cases—automated workflows, smart templates, intelligent recommendations, and beyond.
Partner with stakeholders to unlock efficiency
Evangelize AI success stories to build internal momentum and cultural adoption.
Fuel Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a trusted advisor and facilitator across functions—product, operations, marketing, analytics, and global leadership.
Champion AI enablement efforts, ensuring the business unit has the tools and understanding to experiment and succeed.
Data-Led Opportunity Identification
Use dashboards, KPOs, and structured analysis to uncover high-potential, repeatable applications of AI.
Partner with teams to develop impactful reporting and track ROI of marketing, GTM, and operational initiatives.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for NYC:$102,800.00 - $171,300.00
