Airline BPO Associate

Role Overview:
As an Airline BPO Associate, you will be responsible for responding professionally to customer queries via calls, selling, up-selling & cross-selling airline products and services, handling inbound calls, providing accurate information & timely updates, creating/amending reservations, issuing/reissuing tickets, providing fare quotes, processing refunds accurately and on time, and ensuring compliance with company policies and service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to customer queries via calls.
- Sell, up-sell & cross-sell airline products and services.
- Handle inbound calls, provide accurate information & timely updates.
- Create/amend reservations, issue/reissue tickets, provide fare quotes.
