Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned and proactive HR Manager to oversee and drive strategic human resources initiatives while ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to align HR practices with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Policy Development : Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and alignment with company objectives. Performance Management : Lead the performance review process, support employee development, and implement training programs. Payroll Management : Oversee and process payroll accurately and on time, including managing statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS) and employee benefits. Employee Relations : Build and maintain a positive workplace culture by addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering open communication. Compliance and Legal : Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and organizational policies, including managing PF, ESI, and other filings. HR Strategy : Partner with senior management to provide insights on organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning. Employee Engagement : Develop and execute initiatives that boost employee satisfaction, retention, and team collaboration. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 3 to 5+ years of HR management experience with expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. Thorough knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
