Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled ITI Technicians for various roles in Ahmedabad. These positions are critical to maintaining and optimizing the machinery and equipment used in our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:

✔Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
✔Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues to minimize downtime.
✔Assist in the assembly, installation, and alignment of new machinery.
✔Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
✔Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve technical issues.
✔Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
✔Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
✔Suggest improvements to enhance equipment performance and longevity.

Qualifications:

Hard Skills:

✔Proficiency in fitting, assembling, and repairing mechanical or electrical equipment.
✔Knowledge of tools, machinery, and equipment used in manufacturing.
✔Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
✔Basic understanding of electrical systems (for relevant roles).

Soft Skills:

✔Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
✔Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
✔Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
✔Time management and the ability to work under pressure.

Education/Certifications:

✔ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Fitter, Electrician, Mechanic, or related trades.
✔Additional certifications in mechanical or electrical maintenance are a plus.

Preferred Experience:

✔0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
✔Freshers with a strong interest in technical work are encouraged to apply.
✔Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and safety standards.
