Your day-to-day responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive revenue growth and expand business or tenure scope. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
• Sales Training and Development:
• Train sales professionals and help improve their skills.
• Develop and execute tailored account strategies to achieve client goals and business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and solutions in the areas of Operations, Marketing, and Product.
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop targeted marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
• Strategic Planning and Analysis:
• Analyze client needs, market trends, and industry insights to develop effective account plans.
• Implement account strategies to ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
• 5+ years of experience in Partnership & Alliances within Healthcare or similar companies.
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
• Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities.
• Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of market trends and industry insights.

Qualification
• MBA degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Experience
