Job description
Venkys.io is looking for a Tech Trainer who is proficient in online training to mentor engineering students. The team's mission is to provide quality training to Venkys’ learners. The tech trainer works closely with the Venkys Curriculum team .

The Tech Trainer must be Proficient in at least 4 of the following modules:
• Linux Basics
• Networking Essentials
• Python Programming
• Databases
• WordPress and Web technologies
• Introduction to Cloud Computing
• Prompt Engineering
• AI Coding Assistants
• Software Testing
• Introduction to AWS, Amazon S3
• DevOps CI/CD
• Data Analysis
• Data Analytics with Power BI and similar tools.

What You'll Do
• Conducting online training sessions for engineering students.
• Taking industry relevant examples and adhering to Venkys.io quality standards.
• You are required to strictly adhere to Venkys.io's customized content for all training sessions.
• Think from the learner’s perspective to break down technical concepts into concise, digestible explanations.
• Collaborate with Venkys’ curriculum team to shape our top-of-funnel content offerings.

What You'll Need
• Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the technologies you’ll be teaching, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in training.
• Clear, confident, and engaging communication skills, with the ability to connect with learners of varying skill levels.
• Flexibility in teaching approaches and the ability to address unexpected challenges during training sessions.
• Acquaintance with developer tools like Git, GitHub, and the command line.
• A genuine passion for helping others learn and grow. Showing enthusiasm in your sessions makes a big difference.
• Should possess a genuine passion for teaching, and curriculum design experience is a bonus.
• Holding certifications in relevant technologies or teaching methodologies can add significant value to your profile.
