Position: Part-Time Amazon Account Mentor
Hours: 2-3 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
Timing: Between 6:00 PM and +:00 PM IST
Location: Remote (India)
Compensation: INR 500 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Mentor with a robust background in Amazon account management, advertising, and listing optimization. This part-time role is ideal for an e-commerce professional who is currently in a management-level position and looking to contribute their expertise to our organization for a few hours each day.



Key Responsibilities:

Mentorship and Guidance: Provide strategic advice and mentorship to our current Amazon Account Manager, focusing on driving growth and improving overall account performance.
Listing Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to enhance product listings, improve visibility, and increase conversion rates.
Advertising Strategy: Advise on the development, optimization, and scaling of Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
Opportunities Identification: Proactively identify missed opportunities within the account, including potential new product launches, emerging trends, and optimization areas.
Issue Resolution: Provide guidance on handling account violations and resolving any issues that may arise with Amazon.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly review account performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales and account health.


Requirements:

We are looking for a seasoned professional who not only possesses deep expertise in Amazon PPC but also has proven experience in managing a team of Amazon PPC specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading and mentoring other Amazon advertising experts, ensuring that their strategies are aligned with business goals, optimizing campaigns for peak performance, and fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and results. Your ability to guide and elevate a team will be crucial in helping us scale our advertising efforts and achieve sustained growth.



Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon account management, with a strong focus on advertising strategy, listing optimization, and issue resolution.
Current Role: Must be currently holding a management-level position in e-commerce or digital marketing, with direct responsibility for Amazon accounts.
Skills: Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
Availability: Ability to commit to a part-time schedule of 2-3 hours daily between 6:00 PM and +:00 PM IST.
