Role Title: Amazon Ads Manager

Location: Gurugram, Full Time

We are looking for an individual to join our rapidly growing team at Anveshan, as an Amazon Ads Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Analyse and run ads on Amazon AMS to meet company targets
• Find relevant search terms and figuring out negative keywords
• Optimise budgets and spend according to ad performance
• Analyse data to determine ways to optimise performance to improve conversion rates, open percentages, and other key metrics
• Make recommendations to continually improve performance by analysing internal results, competitive data, and keeping on top of industry trends
• Document clearly defined action steps and recommendations

Skills and Qualifications:
• Has experience running and optimising Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display Ads
• Ability to scale up the revenue while keeping ROAS in check
• Experience in running Flipkart ads and promotions - all types
• Hands-on e-commerce or online marketplace experience
• Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and paid advertising experience (pay per click) is a plus
• Digital Marketing Experience
• Advanced Excel knowledge and skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Strong ability to multitask
