Role Summary
Toniiq is searching for a deeply skilled Amazon Channel Growth Manager to own and drive our Amazon strategy with a focus on sustainable growth and market leadership. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability across a diverse, high-quality portfolio. Leveraging data insights and strategic acumen, you will ensure that Toniiq remains at the forefront of the health and wellness industry on Amazon. Your expertise in analytics, product launches, and performance optimization will be crucial to safeguarding and advancing Toniiq’s impact in an ever-competitive marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
• Revenue Growth & Profitability: Take ownership of the Amazon P&L, focusing on strategic revenue growth and profitability across a complex, high-SKU portfolio.
• Performance & Profit Optimization: Sustain market leadership in key SKUs by actively analyzing and refining product performance. Utilize data from Search Query Reports, Amazon analytics, and conversion metrics to make calculated adjustments that drive profitability.
• Data-Driven Strategy Implementation: Apply insights from Amazon PPC, brand analytics, and Search Query Reports to optimize visibility, ranking, and ACoS. Maintain a disciplined approach to data-centric decision-making and ensure strategies align with Amazon’s evolving best practices.
• Product Launches & Listing Optimization: Oversee successful product launches with precise, data-informed listing optimization and keyword strategies. Closely monitor each launch phase, adapting to feedback and market response.
• Competitive Defense & Market Adaptation: Safeguard the performance of high-value SKUs against market competition by implementing adaptive PPC, pricing, and promotional tactics.
• Campaign & Promotion Management: Strategically plan and execute promotions for key seasonal and brand events, including Black Friday, with careful alignment to profitability targets and brand positioning.
• Seller Support & Issue Resolution: Maintain a seamless channel experience by proactively resolving Amazon Seller Support issues, escalating where necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Lead and coordinate with Toniiq’s Amazon-focused team, ensuring that all strategic and operational actions are executed precisely. Collaborate with PPC, design, and product teams to maintain alignment and momentum across initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Amazon Expertise & P&L Accountability: 5+ years managing Amazon accounts with full P&L responsibility and a proven ability to drive sustainable revenue growth across a multi-SKU portfolio.
• Data-Centric & Growth-Minded: Proficient in Amazon PPC, Search Query Reports, and advanced analytics with a focus on optimizing visibility, ACoS, and conversions.
• Strategic Competitive Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage and defend top SKUs in a competitive landscape, using data-informed insights to adapt strategies as needed.
• Analytical & Methodical: Skilled in interpreting complex data through Amazon’s analytics tools to make informed, growth-oriented decisions.
• Collaborative Leadership & Communication: Experience in leading cross-functional teams with precision and clarity, ensuring seamless alignment and execution across the Amazon channel.
