Job Description:

As a Warehouse Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility in Cambridge. Your main duties will include:
• Receiving incoming shipments of products and materials, checking for accuracy and quality.
• Storing products in designated locations within the warehouse, following proper inventory management procedures.
• Picking and packing customer orders with speed and accuracy to meet shipping deadlines.
• Utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld devices to track inventory movements and update records.
• Participating in inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
