This position will be remote and act as a lead for other remote workers in support of MCAS Iwakuni Base Operations & Support contract with the Department of Defense (DoD)/Navy- Marine Corps
Work Schedule: This position works eight hours/day five days a week minimum
Train, mentor, schedule and supervise personnel assigned to the remote Work Control
Serves as the primary interface and point of contact between the remote Work Control section and other sections/departments such as Deliverables, QEHS and Facilities for data analysis and information requests
Assists in the data entry of completed preventive maintenance work under the Base Operations and Support contract
Monitors BOSC assigned work orders throughout process timeline, assists with processing tasks within Sharepoint and USMCmax
Assists with follow ups to the Iwakuni Work Control team to ensure work order data is inputted in a timely manner and meets expectations
In conjunction with a team of Planner/Schedulers, assists with scheduling work to be performed
Track work orders for timely completion, provide analysis and insight into areas not meeting key performance indicators
Perform general office administrative duties such as preparing reports and summaries using standard Office software
Perform other duties as assigned
Possesses and demonstrates a positive focus on achieving outstanding customer satisfaction, handling issues or complaints with tact and diplomacy
Constantly seeks ways to improve and promote quality of work product
Able to multi-task and not lose focus on work order being recorded while answering a customer query of another work order status

Working Environment: Non-SOFA assignment.

Minimum Acceptable Experience and Qualification Levels:

Prior experience in an operations and maintenance or construction environment is preferred but not required.
Previous experience with a work order management system such as a Maximo or SAP based CMMS is preferred.
Must be an experienced user of Microsoft office suite.
Must be an experienced user of Microsoft Teams.
