About the Role

12 Month Contract

Are you ready to lead the charge in safeguarding financial integrity?

As the AML Systems and Analytics Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) strategy.

This role leads the performance of transaction monitoring and customer risk rating, while driving data analytics to support financial crime investigations.
You’ll be at the helm of a high-performing team, guiding innovation in detection, enhancing governance, and contributing to the delivery of a centralised data mart and analytics tools.

Reporting to the Head of Financial Crime Operations Analytics and Systems, you’ll collaborate across business units and with Group Tech to ensure our analytics capabilities are future-ready and risk-resilient.

About you

You’re a strategic thinker with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for financial crime prevention.

With a background in AML, Fraud, or KYC environments, you bring deep knowledge of AML/CTF legislation and fraud risk management.

You are confident navigating data governance frameworks and regulatory expectations, and you thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

You have strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, a high degree of detail orientation, and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Your interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence help you lead with clarity and accountability, even in high-stress situations.

If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
