Some of the key activities that through which the support the Sales Managers are as below.
• Coordinating with Onboarding Team in getting various documents (KYC, Loan docs, A/c opening docs, Field Audit Reports or FARs) from prospects who are spread across the country. MIS preparation and tracking the life cycle of referrals from Anchors to their onboarding
• Analysing the financials of the spokes, liaising with the prospect clients to obtain various credit related information and then preparing the draft BCAs.
• CDD, Account opening, limit loading of NTBs. After onboarding, sending welcome mails to all NTBs, activating S2B, ensuring S2B training through IMO
