Job Purpose
• To deliver acquisition of “qualified” New to Bank (NTB) DBS Treasures clients through “need-based approach” and revenue performance by leverage product penetration opportunities through cross-sell of DBS products and services.
• To manage & maintain the highest customer satisfaction and service levels through pro-active client engagement & relationship management, coordinating internally with DBS Service and Distribution and Product team
Key Accountabilities
• Conduct Events and activities to enable lead generation to assist NTB acquisition
• Implement “needs-based strategy” to attract New to Bank (NTB) Treasures clients in the assigned location/areas and actively engage them in new business opportunities.
• Drive incremental NNM leveraging CA/SA/TD Growth and revenue by cross selling Insurance, FX and Investments products.
• Ensure activation of e-Channels (I-Banking / M-Banking/ Online MF/Debit Card) and Savings Book growth
• Drive Cross Sell and PPC
• Drive and deliver exemplary customer service and uphold DBS service standards.
• Ensure internal and regulatory compliance through strict adherence to DBS sales process, timely risk reviews and exercising due diligence while on-boarding
• Embrace digital banking solutions and technological advancements to deliver highly efficient, swift, and precise services to customers.
• Ensure strict adherence to product and sales policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines always established by the Bank and relevant authorities.
Job Duties & responsibilities
• NTB Acquisition – Acquire New-To-Bank (NTB) acquisition of CASA accounts with funded balances (TRV basis Gold, Silver, Bronze)
• CASA Avg. Bal/TD Net Growth – Generate net growth in average balance for current account/savings account (CA/SA) and Term Deposits (TD).
• Revenue: Generate new sales revenue from Insurance, Foreign Exchange (FX), and incremental CASA Net Interest Income (NII) up to M3 (month 3).
• Strategic Focus (Referral): generate referrals for strategic products such as Mortgages, Credit Cards sourcing, etc.
• Ensure internal and regulatory compliance and address operational risks if any
• To exercise appropriate due diligence while on-boarding and engaging with clients.
Required Experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in acquisition of NTB customers in Premium Banking/ Wealth category
• Sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India
• In-depth knowledge of local market and competition
• AMFI / IRDAI / FEDAI certified candidates with BCSBI certification would be an added advantage
Education / Preferred Qualifications
• Graduate / Post Graduate with MBA

Job Purpose
• Undertake Inspections and Quality Reviews across the Branch network to minimise operations risk and ensure readiness for Audits and Risk Reviews.
Key Accountabilities
• To conduct onsite and offsite control testing of branch controls covering all branch activities,
• The role may involve travel to DBIL branches across country.
• To coordinate and review self-assessment by branches.
• Working with branch managers and regional/cluster operations head/cluster heads for remediation of issues found
Quality of inspection
• Complete physical inspection of Branches within the allocated time
• Submission of good quality inspection report within stipulated time
Remediation
• Spot rectification of Inspection observations & comments/violations; as well as liaising with branches subsequently for rectification
• Providing suggesting corrective measures as well as improvement in systems & procedures.
• Other key accountabilities include, MIS Preparation, Coordination for timely MSA submissions by Branches, Quarterly BHC Checklist Review and Coordination and Closure of Group Audit/Concurrent Audit comments.
• Participate in performance of Thematic reviews and when assigned.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform onsite/ Offsite Branch Audits.
• Doing Quality Checking of BHC Draft Result issued by Reviewer.
• Preparing of various MIS which includes, Internal MIS and preparation of data for various meetings.
• Liaising with Reviewer and Branch Team for Audit requirements.
Experience
• The job holder should have minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in the banking industry with good understanding of all consumer banking products. Must have exposure to Branch Banking / Operations / Central Processing Centers / Audit & Risk Teams.
Education / Preferred Qualifications
• The job holder needs to be at least a Graduate, preferably in the Commerce stream. CAIIB or equivalent qualifications will be beneficial/preferred. Knowledge and experience with MS Office and Core Banking Systems will be a basic requirement.

The job holder needs to posses the following skills:Job Knowledge:
• The job holder needs to have thorough knowledge of banking day to day compliance & related guidelines. He/she should be well aquatinted with RBI guidelines and other regulation prescribed by various regulators from time to time.

• The job holder needs to be organised so to enable handling multiple tasks with different branches while delivering within timelines.
