Job Profile Summary: The IT Asset Store Manager is responsible to perform the stock keeping manage the hardware asset of the organization. He will be responsible to manage the Inward / Outward of assets. With respect to hardware assets, he will also be responsible for managing risk, cost control, governance, and compliance. As part of his day-to-day responsibilities, he will be supporting technical/functional ITAM operations. He shall oversee the respective program activities including, but not limited to Issues Management, Hardware break-fix, and IT Asset Management to ensure quality and SLAs are met. In addition to asset management processes, he will be responsible to perform desktop support tasks.

Job Description: IT User Support India – Analyst
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Perform the stock keeping & manage the hardware asset of the organization.
• Manage the Inward / Outward of IT Hardware assets.
• Manage IT hardware asset portfolio with respect to risk, cost control, governance, compliance, and performance objectives.
• Coordinate & follow-up with IT asset vendors for any deliveries of new procurements.
• Coordinate & follow-up with IT asset vendors for any repair of existing hardware assets.
• Coordinate & follow-up with IT asset vendors for any disposal of e-waste.
• Evaluate the organization’s asset requirements and coordinate their acquisition.
• Share periodic hardware inventory report to management.
• Optimize usage and cost of IT hardware deployments.
• Ensure IT hardware asset tasks & processes are delivered to meet the quality and SLAs.
• Follow, maintain & enhance IT hardware asset processes.
• Serve as IT hardware asset management subject matter expert.
• Must have knowledge of IT infrastructure, and commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in order to perform technology research and routine administrative duties as requested.
• Ensure all support issues within Asset Management are properly documented and regularly updated with status.
• Collaborate with working groups, system engineers, and communication with stakeholders to disposition and prioritize.
• Build, maintain, and regularly update the company’s hardware on the latest build.
• To monitor and execute IMACD processes which includes Installation, Movement, Addition, Change and Decommissioning of Hardware assets.
