Job Description:

Role Summary

The role is of an ETL Developer who has hands-on experience in Informatica, Database (oracle is preferred) and Unix/Batch scripting. The candidate must be familiar at least in one Data ware housing concepts such as ODS/Marts and must have done at least one end to end data processing pipeline designing in Informatica. Nice to have familiarity with AutoSys (job scheduler) and MDM (master data management). He/she should be capable of handling the ETL design and implementation solely and would work towards creating a positive and innovation friendly environment. The incumbent would be responsible to create new capabilities.

Core Responsibility
• Collaboration & coordination with multiple business partners.
• Design Informatica mappings to ingest data from different sources such as Database, delimited files etc, do complex transformation and loading data into the database.
• Can optimize Informatica for performance improvements
• SQLs capability for data analysis
• Familiar with Oracle performance improvement techniques such as partitions, indexes etc
• Able to handle the end to end ETL or ELT pipeline solely
• Ensuring the work is delivered on time and with quality

Eligibility
• BE, B. Tech. or MBA from reputed institute.
• 7+ years of overall experience in ETL development
• 5+ years of experience in any data warehouse project

Skills
• Informatica 5+ years of recent experience
• Database (preferably Oracle) 3+ years of experience
• Must have 5+ years of exposure in Datawarehouse Project (with Informatica )
• Problem solving attitude
• Adaptive to new technologies
• Demonstrated initiative and creativity - ability to influence (add value)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, motivational, organizational and planning skills
• Ability to seed new capabilities in the team and evolve the teams for future
