What are your contributions to the team?
As a Senior Analyst, Quality Assurance at Bombardier, reporting to the Leader Quality, you are an integral part of the Programs & Supply Chain team. Your role involves supporting key initiatives and ensuring high standards within the Procurement & Supply Chain Aviation division and the SQM Completions department, while driving supplier relationships, overseeing quality performance, and addressing complex issues.


Develop strong relationships with the Supplier’s Quality Leadership team.
Evaluate the quality performance of suppliers and define improvement plan objectives.
Support source inspection at the suppliers (frequent traveling).
Plan and validate first article inspection.
Participate in investigations for supplier quality issues, initiate corrective actions, and containment plans.
Participate in different governance activities and lead Quality reviews with the suppliers.
Manage complex quality issues while maintaining strong relationships internally and with the supplier.
Provide technical support and follow-up on quality deliverables.
How to thrive in this role?
You possess a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality and/or Manufacturing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in the aerospace or automotive industry.
You must have the ability to work with minimal supervision, be a team player, and demonstrate initiative, leadership, and good communication and interpersonal skills..
You must be available to travel outside of Canada on short notice.
Experience with manufacturing and assembly of components with GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing).
Advanced problem resolution and project management experience.
Knowledge of aviation regulations and related quality standards.
You have good oral and technical writing skills in English and French are required
